Back on October 2, Margot jetted to Oslo (Norway) for the Nissan’s Futures 3.0 – The Car and Beyond event. Here they announced the new Nissan Sustainability projects, which you can read more about in our previous post. She wore a Zimmerman Lace Cami top and Folly Dapper Skirt, as well as some amazing heels by the same brand. You can read more about her outfit, and find out where to purchase the items, at our partner Instagram Account Dress Like Margot.

Jenna added photos from the event to our photo gallery a few days ago, and below you can check out a video of Margot speaking at the event. She talks about Nissan’s new electric vehicle, and also outlines some of the projects she is working on with the car manufacturer.

Hello Margot fans! You all probably remember that we announced Margot was the new ambassador for Nissan Electric Vehicles back in February. A new promotional campaign for their Nissan Leaf have been released, and we have the first photos and video! Despite her long hair showing it was filmed a while back, it was first released for the Nissan’s Futures 3.0 Event held in Oslo, Norway on October 2 (stay tuned for more information on this event later today). I have added the photoshoot and screen captures from the video to our gallery, and you can check out the video below.

Nissan is proud to return with a new and exciting video starring our ambassador for Electric Vehicles and Intelligent Mobility, actress Margot Robbie. One question remains though, which world record is she about to set? It’s up to you to watch and find out.
Margot Robbie is supporting three new sustainability pilot projects that aim to harness the skills, ingenuity and experience of Nissan’s global workforce to target the vital areas of energy access and disaster relief.

From flat screens to smartphones, home energy storage to smart cars, the world is turning electric. Yet still around 1.3 billion people live without access to the power the rest of us take for granted. So, actor Margot Robbie is teaming up with Nissan to help build brighter, electric future for everyone.

Hello Margot fans! As you know, Margot is currently shooting I, Tonya so things have been quite slow. However, yesterday Nissan announced that Margot would be the ambassador for their new electric vehicle! We’ve added to the gallery promotional photos and screencaptures from the video that you can watch bellow!

Actor Margot Robbie has been revealed as Nissan’s new electric vehicle (EV) ambassador by racing the carmaker’s radical all-electric BladeGlider sports car around the world-famous Monaco Grand Prix circuit, at midnight.

Margot Robbie put the radical three-seater through its paces around the closed Monaco street circuit before racing another BladeGlider. The pair of 272PS performance cars raced through the iconic Tunnel and diced with each other along Massenet before finishing in the glamour of Casino Square.

In the film, the Suicide Squad and The Wolf of Wall Street star is also seen demonstrating the drifting prowess of Nissan BladeGlider around one of the most famous corners in the world of motorsport – the iconic Fairmont Hairpin.

“It’s a really exciting time for electric vehicles,” said Robbie. “More people are choosing to go electric, leading the way to a more sustainable future and the Nissan BladeGlider hints at the future of smarter performance cars.”

Hello Margot fans! Our girl is currently in London shooting Untitled A.A. Milne Project but that doesn’t mean she’s not promoting other projects! Glamour UK spoke with Margot on the phone about the new Calvin Klein fragrance, which she’s the face of and many other things that you can read bellow!

We have a confession: interviewing celebrities on the telephone can sometimes be really really dull. You can’t get the banter going, and having the celebrity’s undivided attention is totally out of your control. So it’s fair to say that GLAMOUR’s Leanne Bayley didn’t have huge expectations when she recently dialled Margot Robbie for a phone chat on a Saturday afternoon. Was the Suicide Squad star a disappointment? Hell no. Was she chatty, amazing and totally cool? 100 percent YES.

Hi Margot, first off – I’m very jealous of you because you got to hang out with a lot of male models on the deep euphoria Calvin Klein advertising campaign shoot. Did you have any pre-shoot nerves?

Only a little bit in the sense that photoshoots aren’t really my forte, I’ve never done modelling, I feel at home on a film set. I’m just so familiar with sets and how they work that when we did the video campaign for the deep euphoria shoot I felt much more at home than just the photoshoot aspect of it. Photoshoots kind of make me nervous but the video side of it I didn’t feel nervous. We had Francis Lawrence directing it so I knew that we’d be talking in the same way.

I love that the deep euphoria advertising campaign is based on the morning after the night before – what’s the wildest night you’ve ever been on in real life?

Good question. I’ve had some wild ones. We did talk about that a lot, the nights that keep going until the sun comes up and then still a group of you in a hotel room or like apartment and you’re still drinking and you’re still chatting. I love that so much, I love those kind of nights that blend into the next morning.

We had a pretty big night after the Suicide Squad press. It was Cara’s birthday and she had this massive party at Suki’s house and it was just an outrageous party. But it was sweet too. Yeah, the party was fun but everyone’s favourite bit was when the sun’s coming up and you’ve got your closest friends, the squad there chatting and the sun’s coming up and everyone knows they should go home and shower and stuff but no one wants to leave each other because, it’s just good times all the time – sitting on a roof top until like midday.

Hello Margot fans! Our favorite Aussie is currently promoting Calvin Klein’s new frangrance Deep Euphoria as she is the face of the campaign as most of you already know. Recently she sat down with Elle, where she spoke about the advertising campaign and watched herself in the commercial. You may read the interview bellow (and under the cut).

“This is so weird,” says Margot Robbie. She’s at London’s Rosewood Hotel watching—trying to watch, anyway—her own commercial. It’s for Calvin Klein’s heady fragrance Deep Euphoria, and it’s kind of funny: one of those “Is this a dream?” plot lines with a neon purple rave and shirtless skater boys. (We’re not complaining.) “It’s cool, right?” Robbie giggles. “But seeing yourself on TV… it’s never not strange.”

What’s funny: If you’re not Margot Robbie, watching her onscreen is a pretty regular thing. From The Wolf of Wall Street to The Legend of Tarzan and Suicide Squad, the Aussie actress has steadily crept into Hollywood’s A-List. She’s also become a fashion favorite, sporting Saint Laurent to the Oscars and Gucci on her latest press tour.

But do we really know anything about Margot Robbie? We weren’t sure, so we asked her some questions—weird ones, for real—to get some more information.

You’re famously hands-on with your projects. How involved were you in the Deep Euphoria ad? Did you cast the hot guys yourself?

I didn’t, but I was very happy with [Calvin Klein’s] choice. I was chatting with them at one point, and I could tell I was starting to flirt with them. I said to one of the guys, “What are you doing after this?” and he says, “Well, I’ve got to go back to school.” And I was like, “Oh, cool! College?” No. Not college. [High] school. I thought, “Oh. My. God. You’re 17 years old. I’m officially a cougar! I’m ‘The Older Woman!’ This has never happened to me before!”

Ah, your first Mrs. Robinson moment.

So many of my friends are older, and the people I work with are older. I guess I’ve gotten used to hearing people say, “Oh, you’re so young,” even though I never really agreed with that. Now I get their perspective. And it does feel bizarre, having someone in your work space who’s so much younger than you.
