Margot has arrived at the red carpet! As you all know, ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin’ premieres at the Odeon, Leicester Square in London tonight, and the stars are walking the carpet in this very minute. Margot looks so beautiful! Just like at the ‘I, Tonya’ premiere at TIFF, she went for a floral patterned dress – but this time an angelic white one. With a wet-hair styled do and an edgy yellow eye-shadow, she looks incredible – check out the first HQ photos in our gallery. We’ll have plenty more later, stay tuned…

The Independent has posted an exclusive video, detailing a behind the scenes look of the real life inspiration of Chrisopher Robin. Many people are familiar of the characters of Christopher, Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore and Tigger but the movie itself delves into the story of how those characters were created by A.A. Milne and the inspiration of his son.

The Independent posted this short article alongside the video:

We all know the Christopher Robin who populates the pages of A.A. Milne’s book, the friend to many creatures of the Hundred-Acre Wood.

But what of the real Christopher Robin? More precisely, Christopher Robin Milne, or as his family would often call him, Billy Moon. As a boy, Christopher Robin was gifted a teddy bear he named Edward; this toy, alongside a real Canadian bear named Winnipeg Milne saw at the London Zoo, became the inspiration for Winnie-the-Pooh.

Read the article in it’s entirety here.

I have added screencaps of Margot’s scenes in the video, where she chats about the actor Will Tilston who plays her on-screen son, Christopher.

Other news in relation to the movie, is that it shall also be presented at 53rd Chicago International Film Festival, as well as the Hamptons International Film Festival. It shall be screened on the 13th October at 6.00pm. More information can be found here.

The video can be found under the cut due to autoplay.

From one festival to another! Having presented ‘I, Tonya‘ at the Toronto International Film Festival, Margot will soon be headed to the Hamptons International Film Festival.

The festival, which celebrates independent movies and documentaries, shall take place during the period of 5th October – 9th October 2017 in The Hamptons, New York.

I, Tonya‘ shall be played during the closing night (9th October), with showings at 7.00pm and 7.30pm. To book tickets, you can do so at the movie’s page on the HIFF website, however they are not officially on sale as of now. The synopsis of the movie reads as follows:

For many, the revelations following the attack on figure skater Nancy Kerrigan in the lead-up to the 1994 Winter Olympics cemented the legacy of Tonya Harding as one of the most iconic villains in sports history. Craig Gillespie’s at turns hilarious and tragic look at the life of Harding (astonishingly realized by Margot Robbie) flips the script on this sensational narrative—following her from the tumultuous relationship with her abusive mother (Allison Janney) to the absurd moments that led to that fateful night in Cobo Arena. Fueled by a razor-sharp script that doesn’t let anyone in Harding’s orbit out of its sights, I, TONYA is an outrageous and surprising look at the players behind the notorious scandal.

In other news related to HIFF and another of Margot’s upcoming movies, it was announced that ‘Goodbye Christopher Robin‘ was selected as a ‘Friday Centerpiece film in Southampton’ as the North American premiere of the movie on the 6th October.

While at TIFF, Margot, as we know, took part in many interviews to promote ‘I, Tonya’ but she also spoke about past projects, namely her role as Harley Quinn. As well as chatting about her transformation into Tonya Harding, Vanity Fair Editor, Krista Smith, also spoke to Margot about Harley and if/when we will see her again on movie screens.

I have made screencaps of the two interviews and you can also view the videos below.

The videos are situated below the cut as they feature an autoplay function:

As we know, Margot has a number of projects in the pipeline, as referenced in our sidebar, and one of those happens to be the noir thriller, ‘Terminal‘.

Although she was at Toronto to primarily promote ‘I, Tonya‘, it turns out that a screening of ‘Terminal‘ was also hosted. The movie was slated to be released in 2016 but has since been pushed back numerous times. It is possible that the presentation at the festival was to gain a distributor.

The movie itself not only stars Margot, but her production company, Lucky Chap Entertainment, is also producing it.

We shall provide more updates on this when they become available.
